Are you ready for a new professional challenge that combines design, organization, and a highly prestigious environment? We're looking for someone with experience, but we're also open to considering more junior candidates, provided they're motivated and eager to grow.

The opportunity is for an exclusive, luxury project involving the construction and furnishing of a luxury villa in France. We're looking for someone who can support the Project Manager in managing the planning of activities and who can be physically present on-site to actively participate in construction and coordination meetings.

Here are the requirements we're looking for:

- Degree in Engineering/Architecture

- Excellent planning management skills for various categories of work

- In-depth knowledge of finishing works, with a particular focus on decoration and architecture, such as adding marble, installing doors, painting, and interior decoration

- Knowledge of safety regulations and PPSPS plans

- Fluency in French, and preferably also in Italian and English

- Partial management of construction site accounting

- Ability to manage suppliers (coordination and organization on the ground)
