We are looking for a SFDC Technical Leader to join programs focused on the evolution and management of the Salesforce platform, primarily related to Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
The role will act as a technical reference point for solution definition and platform evolution, ensuring architectural consistency and proper alignment between business needs and technical implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Technical leadership of Salesforce solutions, ensuring architectural consistency and high-quality implementations
* Analysis and translation of functional requirements into scalable and sustainable technical solutions
* Support in defining Salesforce development and configuration best practices and standards
* Oversight of solution implementation and management of key technical decisions
* Coordination of technical activities within the project team
* Continuous interaction with IT and business stakeholders to ensure solution alignment
* Work in an Agile environment, collaborating closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Business Analysts
* Coordination and supervision of external vendors, ensuring delivery quality and consistency

* Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines
* Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
* Experience in technical leadership or solution design roles
* Ability to work in structured, multi-stakeholder environments
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with both technical and business stakeholders
* Attitude toward coordination and management of project activities
* Experience in customer care projects (NTH)
* Knowledge of voice, IVR, CTI, or contact center integration solutions (NTH)
