NPI Tech. Development & Procurement Specialist

Job Description:

Thélios S.p.A., a company of the LVMH Group, is looking for a NPI Tech. Development & Procurement Specialist, a young, dynamic, and motivated individual with a solid background in Management Engineering or Economics, to join our Purchasing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities for New Product Introduction (NPI), working closely with Research & Development, Engineering, Quality and Production teams. This position offers a unique opportunity to actively contribute to the development of our future products and to grow professionally in a challenging and innovative environment.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or a related field. Previous experience, even minimal (e.g., internship or thesis), in industrial contexts or supply chain/procurement roles is a plus. Excellent data analysis, costing, and problem-solving abilities. Strong negotiation and interpersonal relationship management skills. Interest and aptitude for learning production processes and technologies. Proactive mindset, ability to adapt to rapidly evolving contexts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and spoken (Italian and English). Proficiency in Microsoft Office
