Field Service Representative - Piemonte e Nord-Ovest (m/f/d)

The Pharmaceutical Division of Bayer S.p.A., for the Radiology Service function within the Radiology Business Unit, is looking for a bright and passionate candidate for the position of Field Service representative.

The purpose of this position is to provide daily service support to customers (both public and private hospitals) during the pre-sales and post-sales phases.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES:

* Perform daily service repairs and maintenance needs for medical device equipment (Contrast Media injectors in Magnetic Resonance, Computerized Tomography, PET, Central Venous, Angiography) to achieve customer satisfaction through excellent service performance

* Accurately complete all administrative tasks within established timelines

* Manage inventory and properly maintain assigned work tools

* Work as part of the local team to provide efficient and cost effective services

* Promote and sell service contracts, taking into consideration various customer needs.

WHO YOU ARE:

* Technical High School Diploma or Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering (is preferred)

* 2+ years of previous experience in Electro Medical Equipment support

* Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving

* Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to work independently in the assigned area and proactively take on additional responsibilities

* Excellent communication skills with effective interpersonal influence and negotiation abilities

* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office

* Residence or domicile in Turin or provinces is a plus. Candidates from other areas of Piemonte will be considered, provided they are fully available for nationwide travel

* Good knowledge of English (both written and spoken forms) and Italian mother tongue

The initial annual gross compensation for this role is not below 42.000 EUR

Any upward adjustments may be made in the presence of objective circumstances, such as experience, specific qualifications, and/or specific areas of responsibility, and in any case based on gender-neutral criteria.

This position will also provide for a variable remuneration, awarded in accordance with the achievement of objectives and based on performance and in any case in compliance with objective and gender-neutral criteria.
