MISSION
Manifattura Berluti is looking for a T&M and Continuous Improvement Engineer to support the optimization of production and logistics processes. The resource, reporting to the T&M and Continuous Improvement Manager, will actively contribute to the definition of standards, time and motion analysis, and the management of continuous improvement projects in a dynamic environment.
Degree in Engineering (Management, Mechanical, Computer Science) or in technical-scientific disciplines. At least 2 years of experience in similar roles (e.g., internship, junior position) in Time & Motion, Industrialization, or Continuous Improvement, preferably in manufacturing contexts. Good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodologies and continuous improvement tools. Basic competence in time and motion analysis. Good knowledge of SAP (modules related to production cycles, master data, bills of material). Excellent command of the Office package, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of tools such as Power BI or Power Apps is preferred. Results-oriented, precise, and attentive to detail. Teamwork attitude and proactivity. Good knowledge of the English language
