JOB PURPOSE

As a passionate Brand Ambassador and being part of a diverse team, you will contribute in ensuring an excellent experience and service to our customer, transmitting the Brand identity and values.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Greet clients in a warm, engaging with them to deliver a professional, efficient and friendly welcome;

* Support handling the flow of customers to ensure their in store experience, even and especially at peak times, making them felling at their ease and entraining them with conversation of interest to them;

* Provide tours of the store, displaying extensive familiarity with its history and interior décor

* Support the store management in making sure there is adequate coverage of the store entrances;

* Welcome each customer on a one-to-one basis with utmost courtesy and becomes familiar with their names and acknowledges them by name;

* Provide assistance to Client Advisors during their selling ceremony;

* Handle all basic queries/problems and refer complaints as appropriate;

* Participate in the organization of in-store events, satisfy customer requests, even the most unusual ones, and coordinate special moments for guests, always in collaboration with the Store Manager and store colleagues;

* Respond to special requests from customer with unique needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction.

* Constantly displays outstanding communication and guest relations skills

* Record and update relevant customer information on the CRM systems;

* Contribute to ensure a high level of security and is attentive to prevent product thefts.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Passion for human relations and experience of building a long-lasting relationship and curating guest experiences required

Problem solving, curiosity and interest in luxury/fashion, art and design

Being able to work in team as well as alone

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge and familiarity of local area and entertainment to make guest recommendations

Previous spa, hotel, residential experience in a luxury setting preferred

Fluent spoken English. Other languages will be desirable
