GenAI for Inclusion & Impact: Designing a more inclusive bank through Generative AI
Are you a STEM student or recent graduate passionate about AI, technology, data and social impact?
Do you believe Generative AI can be more than a productivity tool - a real enabler of inclusion and human potential?
This is your opportunity to explore how GenAI can help design a more accessible, inclusive and human-centered bank.
The Challenge
During this full-day challenge, you will work in diverse teams to imagine and design Generative AI-based solutions that make banking services more accessible, inclusive and efficient, both for customers and colleagues.
Disability must be embedded in every proposal as a core design requirement, not as an afterthought.
The goal is to develop concrete, realistic ideas that could be applied in a banking environment, generating value from both a technology and a business perspective.
This is not just about innovation. It's about showing how GenAI can drive inclusion, accessibility and full participation, helping people express their potential and shaping a more responsible and human company.

Who we're looking for
* At least a Bachelor's degree in a STEM field
* Strong English proficiency (the event will be fully in English)
* Curiosity, problem-solving mindset and team spirit
* Availability to attend in person at our Milan office on May 21, 2026
