Client Advisor - Fiumicino

Job Description:

As a Client Advisor, you will be a brand ambassador and your mission will be to ensure that every client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton promise. You will strive to discover each client's needs and guide them through the brand. You will be proactive in reaching out to your clients in order to achieve both individual and team goals.
REQUIREMENTS  Strong clienteling skills and previous experience in retail  Curiosity, empathy, agility, and a commercial mindset  Passion for the Louis Vuitton brand  Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills  Flexibility and problem-solving abilities  Availability to work on weekends  Proficiency in English (B2); knowledge of additional languages will be considered a plus  Good knowledge of Excel and ease in using IT systems
