Person Specification High level of competence in presentation, excellent communication skills Customer oriented with a focus on sales KPIs Advanced understanding of training methods and strong experience in training including delivery (experience within the cosmetic industry and/or retail would be a plus) Personal affinity with brand and product Agility to work in a complex environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point) Fluent in English, French is a plus Available to travel frequently
