Scope:
We are looking for a Manufacturing Digital Process Owner to support and own critical digital processes within Manufacturing and Quality operations at a GSK site in Italy. This is a strongly site-focused, hands-on role with direct accountability for SAP-based manufacturing processes.
In this role, you will:
* Act as task owner for validation, change control and GxP documentation activities.
* Ensure compliant day-to-day operation of SAP EM/UM processes supporting manufacturing.
* Translate Manufacturing and Quality needs into clear and usable system requirements.
* Support investigations, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
* Provide functional support and deliver SAP EM/UM user training when required.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing digital processes.

Basic Qualifications & Skills:

* Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or Diploma in a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
* Strong, consolidated experience with SAP ERP ECC 6.0, with in-depth knowledge of EM and UM modules.
* Experience operating digital systems in industrial or manufacturing environments.
* Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated environments.
* Understanding of GxP principles, data integrity and computerized system validation.
* Ability to work on-site and interact daily with Manufacturing and Quality teams.
* Fluent Italian and intermediate level of English (both written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
