Job Description SummaryThe Supply Chain LDC Specialist will support the local deployment and hypercare of the Lean Digital Core (LDC) program within the Supply Chain function. The role requires to deal with local project teams and global operations, ensuring alignment with Novartis Supply Chain standards. The position requires Supply Chain expertise, a proactive and collaborative mindset, and the ability to operate effectively in a multinational environment.

Job Description
We offer a fixed-term contract of maximum 12 months.

Major Accountabilities:
* Execute and support the local implementation activities for the LDC Supply Chain scope, ensuring readiness, data quality, and process alignment.
* Act as local subject matter support for LDC-related activities, collaborating with local process owners.
* Support testing, validation, and cutover execution (e.g. UAT support, data migration checks, go-live readiness activities) and ensure timely collection of required inputs/evidence.
* Identify and document risks, issues and dependencies impacting Supply Chain operations, supporting mitigation actions and follow-up.
* Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, IT, and external partners (e.g. 3PLs).
* Support cross-functional workshops by preparing materials, capturing actions, and following up on agreed deliverables.

Obligatory requirements:
* Education: High school degree is the minimum, Engineering graduation is highly desirable.
* Experience: Solid Supply Chain experience in a multinational company, preferably in a regulated environment.
* Proven experience in Warehousing & Distribution and/or Demand Planning.
* Strong knowledge of SAP R/3 and SAP S/4HANA and command of Microsoft Excel.
* Understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes (planning, execution, inventory, distribution).
* Ability to work with data, reports, and process documentation.
* Proactivity, teamwork and problem solving attitude.
* Fluent Italian and English, written and spoken.
