Your Role

We are looking for a meticulous Production Planning Specialist to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of our production processes. You will be responsible for supporting the main production plan for our two production plants and managing the supply of materials through open orders.
Your role will involve issuing supply orders promptly, ensuring the correct procurement of components and spare parts, and developing daily production plans to meet shipping requests for finished products, accessories, and components.

Your Impact

* Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of production processes through continuous improvement activities.
* Translate the production plan into a detailed planning for supplier.
* Calculate exactly which materials are needed, in what quantities, using management systems like MRP.
* Define and implement cost reduction activities and policies, ensuring service levels and optimizing internal stock.
* Support improvement activities in the Operations area on SAP.
* Support the main production plan and production of spare parts.
* Manage the supply of materials with long lead times for both production and spare parts.
* Issue supply orders promptly and ensure the correct procurement of components and spare parts.
* Develop daily production plans to meet shipping requests for finished products, accessories, and components.
* Promote continuous improvement activities in the Operations area.
* Optimize inventory levels, ensuring the maintenance of the predetermined service level.

About You

Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.
What you should bring:
* Maseter degree in Management Engineering or Economics with a strong passion for numbers and excellent command of Excel.
* Recent graduate or previous experience of 1 or 2 years of experience.
* Strong technical skills and knowledge of production processes, logistics, and inventory management.
* Experience with SAP and other production planning system will be considered a plus.
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
* Teamwork, ability to work in multicultural environments and a proactive approach are mandatory.
* Strong understanding of cost management and reduction strategies.
* Proactivity, commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation Data

We believe great work deserves great recognition. For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between EUR33,000 and EUR48,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
