Overview

Trade & Promotion Sales Sr Coord

Support Trade Marketing Manager & OT DX Manager in drafting the channel strategy for OT channel all brands with responsibility of the definition of two aspect of the DX framework related identify new opportunity where to invest in the channel and define the engagement rule/model in order to convert them. Lead the segmentation process using different tools and database in order to draft channel strategy where there is more potential to invest supporting DX lead / DX OT Manager to guide GTM on the channel. Support OT in defining the picture of success and commercial strategy to engage selected POS. Lead all the insights on the channel and the implementation of new digital sales tool or optimization of existing ones
Responsibilities

* Lead insights on the channel
* Point of reference for sell in and sell out analysis to explain performances and to guide future choices and identify correction to the plans (i.e. Category projects and Trade Story)
* Lead research on the channel to identify any potential gap
* Point of contact for external provider (GFK, Circana, IRI, Nielsen) for drafting ad hoc research
* Support Sales people in the needed data
* Support Revenue team in the governance & sales team in listing and WD build up
* Lead monitoring on sell in and sell out prices
* Lead monitoring on promo execution and leaflet compliance to commercial agreement
* Support NAM/Sales Director and GDO Manager in defining WD build up
* Monitor listings
* Lead the segmentation process in order to identify most potential POS & Areas (IDENTIFY)
* Define geographical area and strategic clients where to focus our GTM strategy
* Identify which POS are the most potential and cluster them into different attribute to define better which is the best target to have the maximum potential
* Support DX OT manager ins drafting channel strategy with implication in the GTM choices of the channel
* Draft with the DX OT Manager the Picture of success (ENGAGE)
* Define how to engage the POS target defining which are the lever to be used exploiting insight from internal & external research
* Define supporting OT Manager the commercial corridor with the channel sales lead
* Define what needs to be implemented in the POS to maximize sell out
* Define Incentive plans together with OT Manager & Sales channel lead
* Sales Digital tools & internal system lead
* Key the digital sales tools point of reference for implementation of new tools
* Lead the optimization of existing tool to maximize sales users experience and grant better ROI
