Raw Material Industrialization & Quality Control Supervisor LG

Job Description:

The position is in Bagno a Ripoli (Florence). Within the office, the candidate will oversee all activities related to the industrialization & quality control of leather products. This role acts as a bridge between design, procurement, technical aspects, cutting and assembling, ensuring that materials meet aesthetic, performance, cost and sustainability objectives. It is a fundamental link between creative vision, supplier selection and production preparation. The candidate will coordinate a team of 3 Raw Materials Inspectors LG.
Bachelor's degree in chemistry or equivalent Experience (8-10 years) in the fashion industry or tanneries Experience in industrialization of plain and exotic leather Excellent knowledge of materials and production processes Strong attention to new trends and research Ability to work under pressure in a timely manner Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) Fluent in Italian, good knowledge of English Team working Accuracy
