Volvo Cars Italy plays a key role in this transformation. The Corporate (Fleet) sales channel in Italy is growing, presenting exciting opportunities to develop innovative sales approaches and long-term partnerships with key customers and mobility providers. To support this journey, we are now looking for a Corporate & Direct Sales Manager to join our team and help accelerate the development of our fleet and direct sales business in the Italian market.
What you'll do
As Corporate & Direct Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth and performance of the Fleet Sales business in the North-West area of Italy. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Developing and expanding the corporate and fleet sales business within your assigned region
* Managing direct relationships with international and local major accounts
* Providing commercial support to fleet customers and Full Service Leasing (FSL) companies
* Implementing and coordinating marketing and commercial activities within the fleet business community
* Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a strong value proposition and excellent customer experience
The role is primarily based in the Milano area, with regular travel within Italy as part of your responsibilities (70-80%).
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you combine strong commercial acumen with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for innovation. We believe you have:
* Solid experience and excellent knowledge of the fleet and corporate sales environment
* Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry or with a Full Service Leasing (FSL) company (mandatory)
* A master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field
* Experience using digital and analytical tools such as MS Office 365, MS Power BI, and familiarity with web, social media, and eCommerce environments
* Fluency in English, both written and spoken
* Native-level proficiency in Italian
