For our Helicopters Division we are looking for a Bid Specialist in Cascina Costa di Samarate (VA).

Mission:
Ensure the award of tenders, leading the Proposal Team and managing all the activities to prepare an offer in the different offer phases, together with the approval phase.

Activities:
- Lead the Proposal Team managing end to end the proposal process with all the relevant stakeholders.
- Align with Sales to verify the opportunity to issue an offer consistent with the strategic objectives
- Obtain from the functions an assessment of the technical / industrial feasibility, economic-financial, legal/administrative impact of the offer
- Gather and prepare the documentation related to all aspects of the offer, including project management, technical, customer support and training, finance, planning, contractual, suppliers, offset, etc..
- Ensure the offer to be approved in accordance with the internal authorizations
- Deliver through Sales the commercial offer to the Customer ensuring the offer is compliant with the requirements
- Support contractual negotiation

Requirements:
* Previous experience in similar roles (2-4 years)
* Degree (preferably in engineering subjects)
* Commercial attitude and good communication skills
* Good English knowledge

How does the selection process work?
