Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is looking for:

Team Leader in Accounts Receivable team

Type of Employment: Permanent
Location: Riga, Latvia
Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA

Main responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day activities with the team
* Ensure that all business processes that impact on the Accounts Receivable team are delivered effectively and within agreed SLA's
* Respond to internal and external emails and calls
* Supervise and train junior staff or new trainees and encourage good A/R follow up skills and work ethic
* Maintain and monitor bank reconciliation and unallocated cash balances ensuring no aged items
* Securing process quality, standardization and automation, as well as participation in process standardization and efficiency projects
* Motivate and inspire team members
* Facilitate problem solving and collaboration
* Assure that the team members have the necessary support and training to effectively participate on the team.

Main requirements:
* Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Organizational and time-management skills
* Decision-making skills
* Strong background in accounting field, preferably within an international work environment (2+ years)
* Fluent English (both written and oral) to communicate with Business Units and colleagues in Europe and USA
* Self-driven, pro-active, high quality focus in deliverables and deadlines.
