As an R&D Test Engineer - Product Validation & Development, you will play a critical role in transforming new product ideas into market-ready solutions. Combining practical testing with analytical problem-solving, you will work at the intersection of product development, validation, and innovation while continuously growing your technical and leadership capabilities.

What You'll Bring

* Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline
* Strong hands-on mindset and passion for practical engineering work
* Ability to identify, analyze, and solve technical problems
* Experience in product testing or product development in an industrial or academic environment is an advantage
* International experience through work, internships, or study abroad is an advantage
* Strong collaboration and communication skills in an interdisciplinary and international environment
* Excellent English skills; German is an advantage
