Trade Activation Specialist

The team is currently looking for a Trade Activation Specialist who will contribute to the implementation of trade activation initiatives across the Baltic markets.

Responsibilities:

* Planning and executing trade activation initiatives across the Baltic markets in collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Digital teams.

* Coordinating the implementation of campaigns in retail and digital channels, while monitoring and analyzing their performance.

* Managing budgets, including tracking expenses, coordinating purchase documentation (invoices, etc.), and ensuring budget compliance.

* Coordinating the production and delivery of POSM (Point of Sale Materials), ensuring quality and timely availability.

* Participating in special projects and trade activation initiatives, working closely with internal teams and external partners.

* Contributing to process improvements to enhance the effectiveness of trade activities.

Requirements:

* 1-3 years of experience in sales, trade marketing / trade activation, or marketing roles.

* Bachelor's degree (university level).

* Experience in the FMCG sector would be considered an advantage.

* Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.

* Strong project coordination skills.

* Proactive, well-organized, and able to collaborate effectively with different teams.

The salary range for this position is EUR 2800 - EUR 3500 gross per month.
