Job Description:

As a Business Implementation Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating the onboarding of Alternative Investment Funds and corporate structures, working closely with your line manager to ensure a seamless transition to our operational teams.
What you'll do:
* You'll prepare and coordinate fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds across real estate, private equity, debt, infrastructure, and corporate structures.
* You'll conduct AML/KYC analysis and lead the internal compliance approval process to ensure full regulatory adherence.
* You'll coordinate bank account openings, prepare service agreements, and manage the review of legal documentation required for structure setup.
* You'll actively manage client and stakeholder communication, attend weekly calls, and track progress throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
* You'll perform all Luxembourg regulatory filings during onboarding and ensure a timely, accurate handover to operational teams.

Qualifications:

* You hold a university degree in Law or a related discipline.
* You have proven experience in the alternative investment fund industry or with Luxembourg corporate structures.
* You demonstrate strong legal and business acumen with excellent problem-solving skills.
* You are proficient in MS Office and have strong organisational and coordination skills, enabling you to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
* You possess excellent interpersonal skills, are fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage), and adopt a collaborative, client-oriented approach.
