Responsibilities
The Opportunity
The Content Designer is responsible for executing end-to-end content design projects, including social media assets, banners, POS materials, internal communications, and presentation decks. This role supports creative strategy development, contributes innovative ideas, and collaborates closely with senior designers to refine concepts and ensure alignment with brand standards and business objectives.
Additionally, the role involves adapting and versioning existing creative assets across PepsiCo's portfolio to meet customer, consumer, and market needs.
Your Impact
As a Content Designer, your responsibilities include:
* Contribute to the development of creative visual concepts based on defined communication objectives.
* Design innovative POS, OOH materials, and multimedia graphics in alignment with brand and design standards to support marketing initiatives and distribution channels.
* Adapt, localize, and version existing creative assets, including digital toolkits, key visuals, and social media content.
* Develop POS or key visual concepts when required.
* Determine the most effective visual approach to represent brand concepts, with a focus on graphic and motion design when applicable.
* Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistent application of brand guidelines across all materials.
* Take ownership of design projects, working independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
* Manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail, adapting effectively to last-minute requests and evolving business needs.
* Demonstrate high learning agility, adaptability, and a strong sense of urgency to deliver results.
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (Advertising, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Arts, Motion Graphics, or similar).
* 2+ years of design experience in a creative agency or in-house environment, preferably working with CPG brands, POS, packaging, or 3D projects.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator); experience with Blender, After Effects, or Premiere is a plus.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in fast-paced environments.
* Fluency in English and Spanish.
* Strong problem-solving mindset, high learning agility, and adaptability.
* Proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office.
* A strong portfolio demonstrating digital, key visual, and POS/packaging work.
