Responsibilities

The Opportunity in Mexico City

Join our team as a Retail Planogram & Planning Analyst, where you will play a key role in delivering high-quality planogram services and category development support across markets in the Latin America region. In this role, you will build, adapt, and optimize planograms under the guidance of project leaders, ensuring excellence in execution for a wide range of commercial initiatives.
You will also visit retail points of sale to capture and update a detailed database of product images, measurements, and fixture dimensions, enabling accurate and up-to-date space planning.
Your contributions will directly support sales growth, strengthen partnerships with our commercial customers, and drive strategic visibility for key product categories, including Savory, Oats, and Biscuits across Traditional Trade, Organized Trade, Wholesalers, Proximity Stores, and Away-From-Home channels.

Your Impact  

As a Retail Planogram & Planning Analyst, you will:
* Reduce the gap between Share of Shelf and Share of Market by ensuring optimal space distribution and delivering best-in-class planogram solutions.
* Develop, modify, update, and analyze planograms that support business strategies and customer needs.
* Bring Category Manager strategies to life within the planograms, managing project timelines, workloads, and resources effectively.
* Maintain and regularly update product images and measurements to ensure accuracy in all space planning tools and outputs.
Qualifications

Education:
Degree (completed or partially completed) in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or International Business.
Preferred Experience (not mandatory):
* Experience in planogram creation (Space Planning experience desirable).
* Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
* Experience managing large databases or high-volume information.
* Ability to analyze sales indicators and translate insights into action.
Languages:
Spanish is required; English is desirable.
