Responsibilities

The Opportunity

The MCC FP&A Sr Analyst will be responsible for driving the data analytics agenda through effective collaboration with cross functional partners. This role is responsible for report generating and consolidation of a world class Global Capability Center (GCC). Responsible of elaborating P&L consolidation, reports generation and improvement. Interact and become business partner for FP&A.
You will be interacting with the finance team, understanding the main needs regarding the profitability tools, P&L allocations and how they can be improved. This role requires strong communication skills, effective relationship building, ownership & analytical acumen.

Your Impact

* Support FP&A team in the construction of Closing, Fcst and AOP (category) reports to understand P&L main drivers and providing accurate and timely information to support decision making process.
* Consolidate and validate P&L reports for a country in LatAm.
* Work closely with local Finance and MCC teams on defining weekly/monthly priorities.
* Lead recurrent sessions with stakeholders to ensure alignment, new projects and priorities of the team.
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

* 1-2 years prior experience with Planning/Forecasting and/or strong analytical skills,
* Bachelor's Degree in business administration, economics or engineering with high level of experience in Finance & Accounting
* Financial acumen, and strong FP&A skills and experience of forecasting and planning cycles
* Proficiency with Microsoft (Excel, Power Point, etc.)
* Portuguese (intermediate-advanced)
* Good understanding of business processes related to financial planning and control
* Able to work independently and takes initiative
* Capable of managing multiple time sensititive priorities simultaneously
* Detail-oriented; organized in approach and in document maintenance
* Ability to function well in a team environment
* Consistently shows urgency, courtesy and patience
* Team work oriented
