Job Description:

Join our Credit Management team as an Analyst and help us balance financial performance with exceptional customer relationships. You'll assess credit risk, manage collections, and resolve payment challenges in a role that blends analytical rigor with interpersonal skill.

*Location: Distrito Polanco.

What will you do?
* Evaluate customer credit exposure and monitor accounts to protect the organization from financial risk
* Drive timely collections while maintaining positive, professional relationships with customers
* Negotiate payment terms and resolve credit disputes with diplomacy and sound judgment
* Analyze payment trends and account data to support process improvements and strategic decisions
What are the key skills we are looking for?
* Account Reconciliation - intermediate level; ensuring accuracy and consistency across customer credit accounts
* Credit Collections - intermediate level; managing overdue accounts while preserving customer goodwill
* Communication - intermediate level; clearly articulating payment expectations and resolving disputes
* Collaboration - intermediate level; partnering with sales and finance teams to balance risk and growth
* Data Analysis and Interpretation - intermediate level; identifying patterns in payment behavior to inform credit decisions
* Problem Solving - intermediate level; resolving credit issues efficiently within established guidelines
* Customer Orientation - intermediate level; balancing firm collections practices with relationship management
* Conflict Management - intermediate level; navigating difficult conversations to reach mutually beneficial outcomes
What qualifications will make you successful?
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy when managing financial data
* Diplomatic communication style that builds trust even in challenging situations
* Proactive mindset with the ability to prioritize competing demands effectively
* Comfort working within established policies while exercising sound judgment
* Recent grad profiles or 1-2 years of experience.
