As a Contract Enablement Specialist in our Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) team, you'll be part of a dynamic group that's pushing the boundaries of what's possible. You'll be responsible for driving (COMPANY NAME)'s portfolio of drug products by providing business support for external services and collaborations. This role is required to ensure prompt completion of contracts and timely payment of vendors and partners. Are you ready to make a difference?

Accountabilities:
As a Contract Enablement Specialist, you'll be responsible for drafting, issuing, negotiating, and finalizing a variety of templated agreements. You'll manage multiple priorities effectively and serve as a liaison for business functions. You'll create purchase orders for driven procurement agreements and HCP payments, confirm completion of goods/services as expected and invoiced, and manage client and third-party expectations. You'll also use your critical thinking skills to review contract redlines for understanding and intent.

Essential Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree (general business, managed health care, legal or finance fields are preferred) or equivalent experience
- 3 or more years of contract experience
- Must be a self-starter and committed
- Demonstrated knowledge of procure to pay process and experience with multiple procurement and contract management systems is required
- Demonstrable knowledge of, or ability to learn, current policies and guidelines that affect contracts, compliance etc. in a highly regulated environment
- Proven record of accomplishment of meeting or exceeding objectives & goals
- Strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and skills.
- Ability to effectively interact with internal and external collaborators in Sourcing and Procurement, Accounts Payable, Legal Affairs, Compliance

Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Oncology experience and an understanding of the bio-pharmaceutical market
- Strong Project Management/Organization Skills
- Previous contract development or related experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech or related industry is preferred
