Project Assistant, IDEA (Entry Level) - Office with Flex - Mexico

This position is primarily responsible for the administrative aspects of a clinical trial in support of the Endpoint Adjudication and/or Data Monitoring Committee Project Manager.

What you will be doing
* Assists the Project Manager with the development of project specific processes and Procedure Manual, as needed.
* Establish and maintain project email box.
* Communicates with the study team (i.e. sites, CRAs, Committee Members) as directed by the Project Manager.
* Assists with project specific process/system training for study team (i.e. sites, CRAs, Committee Members), as directed by Project Manager.
* Generates and distribute project reports as directed by Project Manager.
* Assists Project Manager with generating agenda and meeting minutes as needed.
* Maintains all aspects of project tracking (ie endpoints, site queries, documents) as directed by the Project Manager..
* Facilitates document translation as necessary.

Your profile:
* Ability to interact effectively and professionally with various levels of study team for both internal and external departments, vendors, and committee members.
* Organizational, time management, and problem solving skills
* Documentation and communication skills
* Computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Fluent in written and verbal English
