Job Description:
Amazon Mexico's Consumer Electronics Retail team is looking for a data-driven, customer-obsessed, hands-on, and creative candidate to join our team. As a Vendor Specialist, you will own a portfolio of selected brands, driving growth and delivering a best-in-class customer experience on Amazon.com.mx while building strong business relationships with some of Amazon's highest-visibility partners.
Key job responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing your brands' product portfolio, contributing to improvements in the customer experience, and producing detailed weekly performance reports. You will lead business reviews and planning sessions with vendors, serving as their primary point of contact.
You will also drive business growth by analyzing operational inefficiencies and identifying solutions, proposing process improvements, maintaining a high standard in customer satisfaction, ensuring high-quality product detail pages, and recommending effective marketing campaigns.

A day in the life
Scope of the Role
As a Vendor Specialist, you will be fully involved in all business functions of your brands, including onsite marketing, vendor relationship management, and in-stock management. Key activities include:
Online Marketing: Improving product page content, developing marketing and merchandising plans, enhancing the onsite customer experience, and driving traffic and sales.
Vendor Management: Growing product selection on Amazon, onboarding new vendors, and identifying and resolving pricing issues.
In-Stock Management: Tracking purchase orders, investigating late deliveries, resolving order rejections, and partnering with vendors on PO automation.

Candidate Requirements:
- 1+ years of account management, project or program management or buying experience
- Experience using analytical specific tools such as Google Analytics, SQL or HTML
- Bachelor's degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English
- Experience in process improvement
- Experience managing large amounts of data
