As an Air Freight Pricing and Procurement Specialist, you'll play a vital part in our success. Managing and delivering strategic approaches to win new business and bids generally in response to request for quotations from customers and sales teams, proactive pursuits for business, developing air freight solutions and deliver the growth and gross profit expected for the area and the according to the budget.

Key responsibilities:
* Execution of pricing adhoc/spot and long-term negotiations
* Analyse and respond RFQ´s conditions established from customers
* Product development
* Drives Competitive Pricing
* Trade lane development
* Communicate with sales, operation and customers
* Identify opportunities, risk and challenges
* Manage multiple deadlines at the time
* Implement and suggest tools that will help Air Product team to improve their performance
* Make sure that agreed rates, terms, credit and service levels are correctly updated and applied
* Ensure that quotations for all rate requests, including tenders/RFQs, are delivered timely and with maximum accuracy.
* Ensure that all negotiations are aimed to maximize (COMPANY NAME)'s profitability and to create sustainable commercial relationships with airlines.

We are looking for:
* In this role you ought to be passionate about Air Freight product to provide competitive pricing, quotations and negotiate best air freight end to end rates, perform analyst duties for Air cargo pricing in the Area with vision, result oriented, self-driven, energy, professionalism.

As for the skillset and experience, we are looking for:
* Background in Air Freight Product and market;
* Negotiations Skills;
* Strategic vision;
* Must be self-motivated and can work with minimal supervision
* Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
* Team player, flexible, open minded, highly motivated with sense of urgency
* Ability to maneuver through and work in multiple operational and quoting systems daily
* Must have good analytical skills, be task & detail oriented
* Middle/Advanced English is mandatory
* Strong computer skills especially MS office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
