These roles are typically site based, embedding you within highly skilled, multidisciplinary teams where you'll play a key part in commercial support: monthly pay applications, change order reviews, financial reporting, and on the ground commercial decision making. Leads projects to deliver agreed outcomes within time, cost and quality parameters. Provides day-to-day leadership, guiding teams and stakeholders to achieve objectives and KPIs. Manages fees, risks and change effectively, ensuring clarity, accountability and confidence in delivery aligned with client expectations and the Mace Way.
You'll Be Responsible For:
* Lead project delivery in line with agreed plans, supervising teams and stakeholders to achieve KPIs and outcomes.
* Demonstrate Mace's Safety First value, embedding health, safety and wellbeing standards across all activities.
* Manage project plans, budgets and timeframes, updating regularly and mitigating risks to ensure successful delivery.
* Coordinate procurement of consultants and contractors, ensuring quality, compliance and alignment with client objectives.
* Collaborate with stakeholders, maintaining robust communication, documentation and reporting in line with the Mace Way.
* Oversee project changes, handover documentation and records, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
* Promote business priorities including digital, data and responsible business practices, driving innovation and improvement.
* Work collaboratively towards net zero carbon transition, proactively managing emissions and reductions throughout delivery.
You'll Need To Have:
* Professional membership (RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE) or equivalent qualifications and demonstrable development.
* Proven project management expertise across property or infrastructure, delivering outcomes in diverse teams.
* Strong commercial, financial and stakeholder management skills with advanced communication and collaboration capability.
* Knowledge of sustainability and carbon reduction shaping project delivery, aligned with Mace's responsible business priorities.
Note: The estimated salary for this position is 100,000 - 130,000 USD. Starting salary may vary based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills and qualifications."
