About the role
The TPM Planner is a key function within the Supply Chain organization, responsible for managing third-party manufacturing (TPM) operations. Engaging with Demand Partners and the S&OP process to balance supply and capacity against the demand plan, creating and sharing the Master Production Schedules (MPS) with the TPM, so they can develop the finite production schedule, while also creating the MRP to guarantee the availability of raw and packaging materials to the TPM to produce our production plan.
Key responsibilities
TPM Planner is responsible for the area of Supply Planning in the TPM within the Supply Chain function at defined area, including:
* Responsible for utilizing the commercial depletion demand signal, on-hand inventory, and inventory targets with DC replenishment requirements. Enable & deliver a comprehensive supply plan within SAP which meet all financial requirements, operational capabilities, and service objectives including OTIF.
* Communicate supply plan to TPM
* Responsible of material availability based on the production plan created for each TPM planner
* Communicates and interacts with demand planners, customer management, supply planners, sales, and finance to provide distributor and replenishment plans and exception-based reporting for assigned BU (Customer PSI and predictive OTIF reports). Makes recommendations on actions needed to meet actual and forecasted demand.
* Responsible for creating the orders to move productions completed from the TPM to our DC and work on the deployment based on the demand of each DC
* Responsible for managing aging finished goods as part of Kerry's inventory control tower process. TPM Planner partners with commercial, demand planning, and senior supply chain stakeholders to reduce risk and prevent reoccurrence.
The TPM Planner is also involved in the wider supply chain processes:
* Supports the Planning Manager and in-region supply chain leadership to drive continuous improvement efforts to improve performance on all key metrics, including service targets, Network optimization, and inventory levels.
* Support the wider Supply Chain team on capacity planning, future availability, and support labor planning as part of S&OP.
* Support Production Planning on changes to near term schedule, support on decisions around adjusting production plans around Made To Stock lines to support Made To Order customer prioritization and adjusting Made To Stock production against near term demand fluctuations.
* Support network management by transferring materials from one manufacturing location to another based off business needs.
* Support updating master data relating to finished goods in their control, including safety stocks, inventory stocking policies. Ensure that updated master data delivers desired system planning output by partnering with business and supply chain Planning Data team.
* Support reporting on Key Performance Indicators such as working capital (Distributor and DC Inventory DOH, inventory turns, actual vs target) and Service (OTIF, Out-Of-Stocks), complete with process improvement initiatives and prioritizes tasks and deliverables in a timeline intense environment.

Experience:
* Experience in Supply Planning, Production Planning, or TPM Manufacturing planning within a complex supply chain environment
* Hands-on experience working with third-party manufacturers or external suppliers, including capacity discussions and schedule coordination
* Exposure to S&OP / IBP processes, including capacity planning, future availability, and labor considerations
* Experience managing inventory risk, aging stock, and working capital trade-offs in collaboration with commercial and planning teams
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field (typical for SAP-centric planning roles)
* Strong functional proficiency in SAP Supply Planning modules (ECC)
* Knowledge of OTIF, working capital, inventory DOH, and supply chain KPIs
* Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies and structured performance management
