PROPÓSITO DEL ROL
Impulsar la transformación de Logística mediante la identificación e implementación de iniciativas de automatización, digitalización, analítica avanzada y mejora continua que maximicen la eficiencia, productividad y competitividad del área.

RESPONSABILIDADES CLAVE
* Identificar oportunidades de mejora y automatización
* Diseñar y desarrollar plataformas digitales
* Analizar datos operativos y de desempeño
* Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales
* Gestión de proyectos

HABILIDADES REQUERIDAS
* Experiencia en customer operations
* Experiencia como líder de proyectos
* Conocimiento de plataformas digitales
* Inglés intermedio

HABILIDADES PREFERIDAS
* Conocimiento específico en áreas de logística
* Dominio de programación

INFORMACIÓN ADICIONAL
* Posición Híbrida con 3 días en oficina entre Centro de distribución y Bosques
