Summary
A Day in the Life:
* Manage and organize engineering change operations and procedures
* Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and activities necessary to ensure information, processes, and modifications are aligned with plant and supplier needs
* Prepare reports, presentations, and data as required
* Manage inbound and outbound communications, including emails, phone calls, and interactions on plant portals and systems
* Maintain and update records and databases related to the process
* Assist in preparing and distributing meeting agendas and materials
* Provide informational support to various departments and teams as needed
* Facilitate communication between different departments within the organization that require coordination regarding engineering changes.

Who We're Looking for:
Required:
* Bachelor's degree Engineering or related (Industrial/Business Management, Mechatronics)
* Language: English 500Pts TOEIC
* Experience: 2 years similar position.
* Experience with office management software and tools
* Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Teamwork, people management, responsible, proactive, organized, planning and leadership, work under pressure
* Problem solving, Communication, Decision Making and Business Awareness, Negotiation.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
