Join our dynamic team as a CC Quality System Leader and you will be a key role for the Implementation and Maintenance of the Quality Management System in the Customer Care Center (NAM). Promotor of the Quality methodologies and the Continuous Improvement of our processes.
What will you do?
* As valued member of our organization, you will work closely with the Customer Care Center (CCC) personnel to shape and implement the Quality Management System based on ISO 9001:2015.
* Collaboration is at the heart of what we do, together we will map and document our internal processes. Standardizing and Executing Internal Audits, you will pave the way for exceptional quality and efficiency.
* As a promoter of Continuous Improvement, you will be the Lead Auditor and part of the Quality Internal Auditors Team and you will have the opportunity to partner with our Continuous Improvement and CCC leaders to collaborate and learn various processes within the Organization.
* Quality is our way of living, you will assure our processes are performed in the best way possible with identifying inefficiencies, redundancies and wasteful practices that may hinder our progress.
What are the key skills we are looking for?
* Quality Management Systems - intermediate level; implementing and maintaining QMS frameworks to ensure organizational compliance
* Project Management - intermediate level; coordinating quality initiatives and audit campaigns across multiple stakeholders
* Stakeholder Management - developing level; engaging cross-functional teams to drive adoption of quality standards
* Continuous Improvement - developing level; identifying opportunities and leading initiatives that enhance quality performance
* Analytical Thinking - developing level; assessing quality data to inform decisions and improvement actions

Minimum Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
* Proven background in the industry, demonstrating expertise and ability to thrive in this role
* Quality knowledge on Implementation of a Quality Management System, Quality Audits, ISO Standards.
* Experience in the Customer Care Center. (Desirable)
* Speak, read, and write English fluently.
