Natulareza del rol:

Garantizar la ejecución efectiva de estrategias comerciales, promociones y planes de crecimiento. Gestionar el recurso BTL para asegurar implementación de programas, lanzamientos, activaciones y Tailor-Made. Responsable de alineación y seguimiento de pagos relacionado a contrato junto con Finanzas KA

Responsabilidades:

* Administrar los presupuestos de inversión y trade marketing, garantizando su correcta aplicación.

* Efectividad de la implementación del presupuesto BTL.

* Asegurar Equipamiento (Refrigeración, Materiales de Servicio y Visibilidad)

* Carga, envío y seguimiento de minutas de acuerdos con cadenas y GZs

* Captura de pedidos para pago a proveedores.

* Descargas de reportes básicos ventas y financieros para asegurar seguimiento de contratos con cadenas

* Garantizar soportes a las inversiones en clientes mediante Pagares actualizados.

* Apoyo con armado de presentaciones internas y/o con cliente

Requisitos:

* Educación Finanzas, Ingeniería, Marketing, Administración

* Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en áreas: comercial, finanzas, trade marketing o ventas.

* Competencias Funcionales Pensamiento analítico y excel avanzado

* Idioma Inglés (intermedio)

* Key Leadership expectations Resolución de problemas y negociación. Entrega, Define, Conecta, Desarrolla.

* Otras Habilidades Trabajo en Equipo Capacidad de solución de problemas Conectar con equipo y capacidad de diálogos y negociación con clientes internos y externos
