Job Description:
Job Purpose:
The Business Analyst plays a critical role in driving business performance by providing insightful analysis, strategic recommendations, and decision support to the Leadership Team, to the Brand strategies and tactics, and to the Strategic Account Management for upcoming launches and existing brands.
This role involves the delivery of accurate and timely business intelligence and performance data, supporting key initiatives, and optimizing operational efficiencies focused around Sales Force Incentives, Sales Structures, Performance Management, and External Data and Market research.
Additionally, the Business Analyst will be able to leverage their knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and new technologies to drive the business to achieve greater efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Insights
* Be a partner to the Business Unit Heads and the Sales, Marketing and Medical Teams to challenge and support their performance discussions and decision making.
* Provide strategic performance recommendations to the Leadership Team based on data-driven insights.
* Mentor and develop the organization to enhance the analytical skills and performance mindset.
* Partner with Finance team with the forecasting within defined financial cycles.
Performance Management:
* Support & monitor business performance by providing and maintaining business reports and dashboards, monitoring progress of strategy execution across the different Business Units.
* Ensure strong data governance with a clear focus on data quality, consistent definitions, and trusted performance metrics across analytics, CRM, and external data sources.
* Extract, collate and organise data for analysis; use a variety of AI, machine learning and statistical analytical techniques to gain insight into our data with the help of internal & external vendors.
* Lead the end-to-end activities related to Sales Force Incentives.
* Leading the usage and implementation relevant new technologies in the market's ways of working in the areas of analytics and segmentation (Digital &Tech Enablers)
* Ensure teams are focused on performance via KPI setting and measuring success through input, lead and lag measures via partnering through brand teams, CRM Manager and Customer Experience Managers.
Vendor Relationship Management
* Drive an effective and efficient collaboration and relationship with (local) 3rd party data providers, processors and vendors.
* Coordinate, shape, and supervise market research to help define strategies and tactics that improve business performance within the appropriate internal and external guidelines.

Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, computer science or other alternative analytical subject.
* Additional education for good understanding and use of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and other data and analytics related areas.
* 1-2 years relevant working experience.
* Strong interpersonal skills, driving decision making in cross functional teams/matrix teams without authority.
* A passion for AI, ML, technology, digital & data and the improvements in working that they can drive.
* Experience with dashboarding and data visualization.
* Curious with strong analytical skills and experience using analysis to solve business problems.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience with commissioning and managing market research, a good understanding of different types of research and how it should be used within the commercial context
* Skilled in Excel, Power BI, and additional knowledge in statistical/machine learning software.
* Excellent commercial judgment, and an instinct for understanding business drivers and spotting the right business questions
* Excellent track record of delivery, particularly delivering through colleagues
* Self-starter capable of rapidly building a network of strong relationships

Dutch Salary Range: EUR 65,850 to EUR 109,750The annual gross base salary range for new hires in this position is listed above for each applicable location. These ranges take into account a number of factors including the candidate's skills, experience, education level and the market rate for the role. In addition, this position may offer an annual bonus and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program which is dependent on the level of the role.
