We're looking for a dynamic and driven Product Manager to spearhead our Health from the Gut / Nutraceutical Ingredients portfolio (a.o. biotics, food enzymes, natural source Vit E, resveratrol). In this high-impact role, you'll collaborate cross-functionally to steer operational activities and help shape operationally our transformation from a product-led to a solution-driven business.

Your key responsibilities
* Drive Strategic Partnerships: Identify partners and Manage relationships with strategic alliances and suppliers in close collaboration with Procurement, where appropriate
* Fuel Competition Insight: Gather and synthesize competitive insights to inform portfolio strategy.
* Optimize Profitability: Lead initiatives to improve cost, quality, and innovation across the portfolio.
* Operational management: Manage operational aspects across functions incl change management and product maintenance (master data, documentation, change management etc.), support product launches and phase-outs
* Co-steer monthly PCR as part of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process
In addition, you will coordinate projects that go across HNC portfolio e.g.:
* Enterprise model. Support the design and implementation of the enterprise model enabling the shift from a Product-led to a Solution-driven business
* Coordinate cross-portfolio hard core operational work or projects

You bring
* A bachelor's or master's degree in business, marketing, science/technology or a related field, or equivalent experience
* 2+ years of experience in product management in a similar environment
* Familiarity with the regulatory environment, quality standards, and manufacturing related to nutritional Ingredients
* Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including innovation, marketing, sales, finance and supply chain
* Ability to travel 40%
* Demonstrated experience in both operational and strategic roles.
* Demonstrated strategic thinking and business acumen.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate across multiple stakeholder levels
