As an IT Projects Specialist you are responsible for harmonizing, and delivering IT processes and projects across all domains (sales, aftersales, and related operations). The role combines technical and business knowledge to analyse, design and implement improvements that drive productivity, customer experience, and compliance, balancing HQ initiatives with local market needs.

You will report directly to the Country IT Manager of the Netherlands market and act as a ley liaison between NSC departments, Stellantis & You, and the Global IT, ensuring effective collaboration and successful project delivery. In this role, there will also be external support with Stellantis suppliers and service providers.

Your contribution :
* Conducting assessments of end-to-end IT and commercial processes, focusing on their effectiveness from an IT standpoint.
* Gathering evidence (interview, process maps, KPIs) to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
* Designing/redesigning workflows to reduce rework and automate routine tasks.
* Developing project plans, including timelines, resources, and workflows; defining milestones and dependencies.
* Leading/supporting delivery of approved changes, coordinating project teams, process owners and end users.
* Converting demands to projects; managing scope, milestones, risks, financial baselines, and status with the support of the IT Country Manager.
* Using agile boards (e.g Kanban) for execution; maintaining dashboards and metrics or approved task management methodology.
* Engaging with Country IT, sales, aftersales, operations, Stellantis & You and external suppliers.
* Exploring emerging technologies (workflow, data, AI) and recommending sustainable improvements.
What makes you a great fit:
* Completion of at least four years of higher education or several years of relevant professional experience in IT Projects, project management, or AI & Data in an international company environment.
* Fluency in English and Dutch; French is a plus.
* A genuine passion for cars and enthusiasm for our brands is a big plus!
