Your role
The EBS WMS Functional Lead will be responsible for driving end-to-end Oracle EBS R12 Warehouse Management solutions while ensuring seamless Agile (Scrum) delivery. The role combines solution architecture, functional leadership, and Scrum facilitation, ensuring high-quality, high-performance warehouse and logistics solutions delivered on time and at scale.

This role requires strong Oracle WMS functional expertise, hands-on solution design and performance engineering, and the ability to lead complex programs, manage client stakeholders (including CXO level), and coordinate onsite-offshore teams.

Responsibilities
* Should be able to facilitate the Scrum process/ceremonies seamlessly: This includes conducting Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Host Daily Standup, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
* Should be able to facilitates collaboration and communication between team players and leadership to ensure a successful project outcome.
* Should be aware of Scrum principles and Agile engineering practices
* Facilitate communication: Responsible for ensuring that there is clear communication between the team, the Product Owner, and any other stakeholders.
* Assist Product Owner with the Product Backlog prioritization.
* Implementing process changes and steps to improve team's productivity.
* Implementing Project Management/Best Practices.
* Removing team Impediments/roadblocks and protect team from outside distractions and interruptions.
* Ensuring smoother and seamless quality delivery and within sprint timelines
Required
* Should have strong Functional and Application knowledge, in Oracle EBS R12 Modules - Shipping, MSCA, WMS, and Inventory modules.
* Should have hands on implementation experience of Oracle EBS R12 WMS functions like Picking, Put-away, Task Management Cross docking, Barcode label printing, hand-held devices / scanners, 3PL
* Should have experience of designing and delivering complex custom solutions in highly integrated applications like integrating 3rd Party WMS, Transportation Management, Trade Compliance and excise applications, Weights & Dimensions, EDI with Oracle EBS
* Knowledge of Transportation Management, PDH/PIM, SCP modules will be an added advantage
* Knowledge of end-to-end processes Order to Cash, Procure Pay, Master data management, Intercompany processes is a must
* Should be good with PL/ SQL and familiarity with Supply Chain and WMS DB tables
* Should have played Solution Architect Role in the past, in Oracle ERP led transformations and should be well versed with Oracle EBS capabilities
* Responsible for leading the requirements elicitation, fit-gap analysis, development, configuration, functional testing, and post-production support
* Strong experience in gathering performance requirements, designing solutions for Very High transaction volumes and should have good experience of Performance Testing of solutions
* Strong knowledge in Europe Localizations, preferably on Oracle ERP packages
* Comfortable in driving requirements workshops, CRPs and Key Design Discussion sessions with client
* Oracle Certification is mandatory, and Distribution Industry Experience is a plus
* Knowledge of Oracle Technology stack and Cloud Web Services, ALM tools (like Panaya, JIRA), Performance testing tools is desired
* Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills. Strong leadership and delivery management background working with offshore teams and 3rd party application teams, OCI etc.,
* Track record of interacting and building relationships with CXO level client contacts
* Managing Client escalations as a Solution Architect
* Onsite-Offshore communication and work management
Preferred
* On-hand Experience on the Application and MSCA, Involved in 2-3 WMS Implementations & Hypercare Projects
* Co-ordinating across Tracks and Problem-solving approach
