What To Expect
The training team is looking for an energetic Training Program Manager to be a liaison between new hire and production. This team will be critical in ensuring trainees are properly integrated in their job(s) and get the support needed to be successful after the New Hire Training and transitioning to on-the-job training. They will also help to oversee the peer training program lineside to ensure people are properly trained and certified.

What You'll Do
* Coordinate training activities in the Tilburg supply chain group
* Ensure team metrics and goals are hit consistent with SPARC
* Act as a lead to other training team members and/or interns
* Be a spokesperson for bad or negative behavior to highlight potential issues
* Interact with both the coaching and leadership team to develop the right culture
* Highlight issues or potential issues with training that will affect safety, quality, and efficiency to avoid downtime, or incidents
* Collaborate with training teams across multiple facilities to align, standardize, and continuously improve training processes.
* Interview potential Workstation Trainers to be an OJT trainer
* Hold Workstation Trainer workshops to properly train and certify new trainers
* Ensure all training is tracked in the Versatility Chart
* Provide daily/weekly reports to Leadership on training progress and gaps
* Celebrate new certifications with the team via standups and/or other communication

* Ensure trainees are never left alone during training
* Ensure trainers and trainees are visibly identified
What You'll Bring
* 2/3 years with manufacturing/production experience
* Experience leading teams is highly desired
* Ability to listen, encourage, motivate is a requirement
* Must be willing to support multiple shifts
* Must have strong organizational skills to maintain schedules and deadlines
* Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
* Ability to communicate in both written and oral formats clearly and effectively at different levels of the organization
* Open collaborative style: ability to work both in a team environment and autonomously with minimal supervision or direction
