Job Description:

The Operations Support role and will be responsible for:
* Checking and booking a variety of invoices
* Uploading truck liftings into the system
* Assisting with truck movement reconciliations
* Assisting with month end stock checks
* Assisting in preparation of warehouse stock overviews
* Sending original Bills of Lading (BL) to warehouses and/or collecting document packages for Letters of Credit (LC) presentations.

Qualifications:

* Ideally 2+ years' administrative experience
* Basic to good understanding of Shipping and Incoterms (preferred)
* Experience working in a trading environment
* Knowledge of the commodities industry (an advantage)
* Good proficiency in Excel
* Able to handle a large workload while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
* Strong team player with a responsible, proactive attitude and clear ownership of deliverables
* Forward-thinking and willing to improve day-to-day processes, leveraging available tools where appropriate
* Basic Python knowledge is a plus (not essential)
* Experience handling shipping documentation
* Excellent written and spoken English
