Overview This role will be primarily dedicated to the ASICS Europe account but may work across other brands as needed. The selected candidate will report directly into the ASICS Media Account Manager to: Provide support throughout the planning process from receipt of brief to post campaign analysis/ quarterly business reviews. Coordination of media planning deliverables and performance reporting for multi-market media campaigns including managing the client's spend data and budgeting, media delivery and analysis of what's working to inform future campaign decisions. Providing logistical support to the team and responsible for project management/tracking of workstreams and project delivery (SLA's and Status ownership) Working closely with our Specialist/Activation teams and media vendors to coordinate media recommendations and reviews proposals to select the best recommendations for a particular campaign Supporting the creation of strategic presentations and proactive initiatives to demonstrate insights, media best practice and media innovation ideas that lead to award winning work! Supporting campaign activations across multiple markets, including strategy, implementation and optimization responsibilities Governance of campaign taxonomy and process for setup requirements in campaign activation and delivery Finance and PO processes. Qualifications You have demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills but you'll embrace a role that requires a mix of art and science. You are detail oriented and have exceptional organizational skills in managing both larger projects and for day-to-day account management. You have top-notch English communication skills (verbal and written) You are comfortable in developing and presenting your thoughts and ideas to both internal and client stakeholders. You think critically, analyse everything and look for unconventional solutions to problems. You like to speak up with new ideas and challenge the status quo with a passion for keeping up with latest cultural and media trends. You thrive in a team, can meet tight deadlines and are comfortable juggling multiple priorities. You enjoy managing projects and/or processes. You enjoying learning and are willing to lean into new opportunities You are highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, Google suite; experience in Campaign Manager, Google Analytics is a plus but not a requirement.
