Job Description:
As Brand Manager Dairy you will be part of our dynamic & highly driven Marketing team. In this role, you will be reporting into the Group Brand Manager.
In this role you will be responsible for:
* Delivering portfolio & brand Growth for some of our Dairy brands
* Leading the Annual Growth Plan of your brand based on consumer & business insights; with clear 'jobs to be done' and priorities
* Maximizing growth opportunities on the Core through total diagnosis approach
* Adaptation & Amplification of centrally delivered assets; lead of the brand's ICP process
* Locally develop the brand's innovation, renovation, communication and activation agenda in close liaison with key agency partners. Improve the brands' BHT score + develop winning content & successful innovations.
• Proven Working Experience: Previous experience as a Brand Manager in a FMCG environment.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop brand and marketing strategies.
• Audience Insight: Understand target audiences and create effective concepts.
• Analytical Skills: Combine data-driven thinking with creativity.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication.
• Relationship Building: Building strategic relationships with Sales, Project Team, R&I, S&I and Catman
• You speak fluent Dutch, French and English
