Requisitos Académicos:
Estudiante de últimos ciclos o egresado de Ingeniería Industrial, Administración o afines, con formación en gestión de proyectos, desarrollo de negocios, análisis financiero, etc.

Conocimientos Técnicos:
* Microsoft Office Avanzado
* PowerPoint Avanzado (presentaciones ejecutivas)
* Power BI intermedio/avanzado
* Herramientas de gestión de proyectos (MS Project, Planner, etc.)
Competencias:
* Alta capacidad de organización y seguimiento
* Capacidad de síntesis y estructuración de información
* Comunicación clara y efectiva (oral y escrita)
* Proactividad y autonomía
* Capacidad de desenvolverse en entornos multi-área
* Orientación a resultados y cumplimiento de plazos
Adicionales:
* Interés en el negocio de estaciones de servicio / retail energético
* Enfoque en orden, control y disciplina en la gestión
