IT&Data Product Analyst - Cycles & Procurement Global

Job Description:

An IT&Data Product Analyst - Cycles & Procurement Global is responsible for support the creation and enhancement of digital IT product by translating business strategy into actionable tasks.
This role will focus primary on Procurement systems development within area of strategy, category and spend management. Key understanding of both business and IT environment within this scope are mandatory for success.
The second focus will be within Artificial Intelligence (AI) area where together with IT Global AI Product Owner you will be implementing and designing AI capabilities for procurement area.
This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that IT product goals align with user needs and company objectives. The Product Analyst maintains a clear vision of what is to be achieved, prioritizes the product backlog, and makes strategic decisions about the features and functionalities to be developed.

Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with IT Global Product Owner focusing on improvement IT systems around strategy, category & spend
* Orchestrate and design AI solutions for wide range of Procurement processes
* Support in data architecture design
* Collaborate with Business and IT stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements​
* Communicate and explain business needs in a way that everyone understands​
* Support in global project deliveries​
* Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance IT product

We expect you to have:
* > 3 years in IT Operations / Procurement
* Proven track record in IT project delivery, especially in cross-functional environments
* Good understanding of IT systems within area of Procurement & Spend management mainly SAP and Sievo
* Familiarity with Data & Analytics (D&A) platforms, including data modeling, visualization tools (Power BI), and data governance principles
* Experience with system integration, APIs, and cloud-based platforms (Azure)
* As a Plus: Solid understanding of AI concepts and applications in business processes (e.g., automation, predictive analytics, generative AI)
* Strong communication skills
* Autonomous / Fluent in English​
* Education: IT Master’s degree / PhD​
