We are seeking a Transition Business Analyst to support our centralization efforts across the region. You will collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure efficient process analysis, smooth process transfers and successful change implementation. You will conduct process analysis, develop business cases, and support communication efforts to influence outcomes
This role will be based in Warsaw, Poland, and will be a hybrid position.

We will count on you to:
* Map existing end-to-end processes across our geographies and business units to gain a comprehensive understanding of current operations.
* Complete business analysis to identify pain points, opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and streamlining to enhance operational efficiency.
* Re-engineer processes in collaboration with senior stakeholders to design and implement more efficient, effective workflows.
* Lead the execution of the new process model, including change management and stakeholder engagement.
* Document technical needs and requirements for platform enhancements or new system implementations

What you need to have:
* Proven experience in leading and supporting process transformation and business analysis initiatives across multiple departments and geographies.
* Excellent process mapping and re-engineering skills, with the ability to visualize and document complex workflows.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
* Analytical skills grounded in data and stakeholder insights, with the ability to identify issues and propose data-driven solutions.
* Experience managing stakeholders from various regions, countries, and cultures, with a flexible and collaborative approach.
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in English (C1).

What makes you stand out:
* Prior consulting, insurance and/or SSC/BPO background.
* Prior experience supporting centralization projects.
* Familiarity with process improvement frameworks and tools.
* Additional European languages (French, Spanish, German, Italian).
