What You'll Do

* Act as the primary point of contact in the lobby, welcoming visitors and employees with warmth, professionalism, and a service-first attitude.
* Manage visitor access and registration, issue badges, and uphold security protocols to maintain a safe and controlled environment.
* Monitor CCTV systems, liaise with security personnel, and report any incidents or unusual activity in a timely and discreet manner.
* Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying our values and ensuring every interaction reflects a high standard of hospitality.
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier shipments with accuracy, confidentiality, and care.
* Operate the front desk and phone system, directing calls, managing inquiries, and keeping the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
* Support the coordination of meetings, events, and conferences, including room bookings, setup, and collaboration with internal teams and vendors.
* Provide administrative support such as managing office supplies, scheduling, travel arrangements, and maintaining accurate front-desk records.
