We are looking for a hands-on software engineer who wants to shape how manufacturing data, OT systems, and business logic truly work together at scale.
This is not a maintenance role.

This is a platform- and product-building role, at the heart of Command Center, One Compose, and next-generation OT integrations.
You will become one of the core builders of the Command Center Insights Hub, partnering with OT, IT, and analytics teams across Fabric & Home Care.

You will own and grow backend OT applications that power Command Center insights Hub by:
* Building robust backend services on One Compose platform and beyond
* Integrating diverse OT and manufacturing business logics into a coherent, scalable product landscape
* Turning fragmented OT solutions into reusable, composable digital capabilities
* Enabling analytics, AI, and operational insights through clean, well-modeled OT integrations

You will work under the leadership of experience OT Leader, partnering closely with both IT and PS organizations over a C0DE products, including: UFM, PROCTR, R Factor, UPS, COLOS, Auto PO, and other factory systems.

What You Will Do

Product & Platform Ownership

* Own backend applications supporting Command Center Insights Hub
* Drive architecture, technical direction, and code quality for OT-facing services
* Actively replace legacy, point-to-point OT logic with reusable platform capabilities

OT-IT Integration Leadership

* Design and implement integration patterns for OT systems (MES, control layers, plant applications)
* Translate manufacturing business logic into scalable, testable backend services
* Ensure systems are production-grade, reliable, and observable

Team & Technical Leadership

* Lead by example: architecture decisions, reviews, hands-on development when needed
* Partner with CODE OT engineers, data engineers, and analytics teams
* Coach others on platform thinking, composable design, and engineering excellence

Job Qualifications

What We're Looking For

Experience

* Strong background in backend software engineering
* Experience with OT / manufacturing systems or industrial integrations
* Experience designing distributed systems, APIs, and event-driven architectures
* Hands-on delivery in complex, enterprise-scale environments
* Good network topology understanding
