Your Impact

Cisco WebEx helps people and businesses across the entire world to connect and collaborate. As a member of the WebEx media team, your work will ensure that every person using our products receives a truly immersive experience, regardless of their device or location.

On a day-to-day basis, this role involves:

* Bringing to life new software functionality based on product requirements.

* Performing peer code reviews and automating all development chores.

* Participating in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, planning, release, and retrospective meetings.

* Broadening your technical and soft skills with the help of our comprehensive training programs.

Minimum Qualifications:

* 3+ years of professional software development experience and a MSc (or equivalent) in Software Engineering or a related field.

* Advanced in C/C++ or Rust with strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.

* Demonstrated ability to use AI to accelerate development.

Preferred qualifications

* Professional verbal and written communication skills in English.

* Knowledge of WebRTC/ SIP protocols

* Experience with reviewing AI-generated code

* Experience steering AI effectively via context and prompt design.

* Collaborative and eager to learn .
