Service Manager | IT Application Manager - Consolidation & Group Reporting

About the role
We are looking for an experienced IT Application Manager (Service Manager) to take ownership of our Consolidation and Group Reporting solutions. In this role, you will ensure that our systems are stable, secure, and aligned with business needs, while continuously improving processes and tools. You will collaborate closely with Finance and reporting teams to support critical financial workflows.

Key responsibilities

* Manage and own IT applications supporting Group Consolidation and Reporting, with a focus on OneStream and similar tools (e.g., Oracle HFM, Oracle EPM Cloud)

* Work closely with Finance and Group Reporting teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

* Lead application lifecycle activities, including implementation, upgrades, maintenance, and ongoing support

* Drive process improvements and automation within consolidation and reporting processes

* Manage relationships with vendors and coordinate work with external consultants when needed

* Ensure data accuracy, system security, and compliance with internal controls and audit requirements

* Provide training and support to key users and stakeholders

* Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues or areas for improvement

What you need to succeed

* Proven experience in IT application management within Finance or Group Reporting environments

* Good understanding of consolidation processes, including intercompany eliminations and financial reporting

* Hands-on experience with OneStream is highly preferred; experience with Oracle HFM, Oracle EPM Cloud, or similar tools is also welcome

* Strong project management skills and experience working with cross-functional teams

* Very good communication skills and ability to work effectively with stakeholders

* Fluent English
