Business Strategy & Strategic Vision

* Own end-to-end accountability for technology and data solutions within scope
* Drive technical strategy aligned with business priorities
* Act as a key partner to Product Analysts to translate business needs into scalable solutions

Leadership & Technical Accountability

* Lead and coordinate the development team
* Ensure technical ownership and accountability for application support and stability
* Guarantee solution quality, performance, and maintainability

Business Impact & Value Creation

* Deliver high-impact, business-relevant solutions aligned with value drivers
* Contribute to value creation through process optimization and efficient partner collaboration

Process & Project Management

* Manage and contribute to technology-driven projects across the full delivery lifecycle

Technical Environment

* Factory WMS (Tekdan)
* Android applications & device management (MDM - Microsoft Intune)
* Web services (SOAP / REST)
* Databases: MS SQL
* Middleware: IBM MQ / WebSphere, MuleSoft, Solace
* Tooling: ASANA, GitHub, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow (SNOW)
* Technologies: .NET, C#, VB.NET, Xamarin, MAUI

Education

* Master’s degree or PhD in Information Technology or related field

Professional Experience

* Significant experience in IT architecture and software development roles
* Proven experience managing IT products with full technical end-to-end ownership
* Strong background in logistics and warehouse processes, data management, and solutions architecture

Leadership & Project Experience

* Demonstrated experience leading technical and/or data-driven projects
* Strong teamwork and collaboration skills within cross-functional environments
* Application development leadership with hands-on contribution

Technical & Quality Focus

* Strong commitment to code quality, maintainability, and solution evolvability
* Experience implementing and sustaining CI/CD practices and development standards

Personal Skills & Mindset

* Innovative mindset with strong focus on user experience
* High level of autonomy and ownership
* Fluent in English, both spoken and written
